Not really. Usually wax balls up and removes itself. Seen this happen personally. It was almost the size of a match grain.

Ears naturally cleans itself.

Only if the wax becomes impacted usually due to swimming or some sort of infection then a visit to the GP os needed to flush it out.

so ize the only one is use a hairpin? i have 3 hair pins at close range most of the time.... qtip is get use after the hair pin........
