HELP- Pioneer AVH-X4500BT DVD bypass without Switch

actually i have a method to do this without a switch, relay or the specified part they sell, the 2013 decks actually don't require a "double pulse", but it requires the absence of a ground until the unit has been "booted" fully, the relay method here actually switches the ground too quickly for the unit's liking.

to the op, if u haven't done this as yet, pm me ur vehicle make and model, and i will respond with ur method.

I have this same model u can use the relay but u have to switch off the hu when it fully powered up its was working good but I got the iPhone cable and it wasn't workin lg we'll with that pluged in so I got the micro bypass its the best way to go if u want to use all the app mode and USB key with video

Yea I know that's y I got the micro bypass the op didn't want to buy the micro bypass the relay is crap micro bypass is the best thing to use

I have this model and an Iphone 4s everything was fine untill 24 hours ago. My callers incomming and outgoing can hear me fine but I cannot hear them through my car speakers on bluetooth. everything else works is i stream youtube or music via blue tooth it works no problems only hearing during calls any suggestions ?

Try another phone that way you can fig out if it's the phone or the headunit

When I had. 4s there was a 8 secs delay when I answer a call, a software update by apple fixed it
