No issues yet, fingers crossed, but think about this my sylphy is F/U 2006 model which puts it at 7years old and the car still runs like new and I know the 31,000km the dealer claims it had on it was wrong since there is a service tag on one of the harness wires which says 52,677 kms. Keep in mind people always complain about things they don't understand.

how often u change the cvt transmission oil?, i saw on the nissan sylphy club, it recommended to change it only when the mileage is ard 100,000 so, something with regularly changes affects the cvt transmission reliability.

I changed mine when I got my car just to be on the safe side and not to be guessing as to the right time to change it. I asked a couple mechanics and most said once a year or every 30,000 km one of them is a N&M mechanic, I can't see how changing the oil can affect the CVT unless you use the wrong oil. Personally I think I will stick to the once a year schedule since other than engine oil these cars don't call for much maintenance.
"venom21" as for the lights and stuff you asked about mot guys say they can order it for you. since there is not such a high demand.However you may be lucky to get if you look around since I am seeing one or two on cars.

Nissan CVT transmission fluid is what I used seems only logical to use their oil.

Ok, so yesterday I did my first major tuneup TB serviced (was very dirty), Injectors cleaned, plugs changed,Air flow sensor cleaned, air filter changed, oil changed and car idled back to specs, car works great, pulls of hard from dead stop and builds consistently to 140-150 effortlessly and still wants to go but that is when I get uneasy don't think I have the belly to go faster. Steve Changa SMR Couva very pleased with his work no guess work involved, would definitely go back.

In the US it is the Sentra. In Asia it is the Sylphy. It was launched in China before the US too.
In Singapore it is the Sylph, comes after the Almera (what we know as the Versa, and Japan's Sunny):

Inside info had said the Teana in these markets should be based on the same model as the American Altima (as released in China) which resembles the new Sentra/ Sylphy. Teana in China:

I am hoping it comes to TnT. It looks good and has quite a few premium features. In the present markets it is also a lil cheaper than the former model.

Anyone know where I can get Sylphy KG11 (2000cc) steering wheel with air bag and driver seat to buy. It is a 2007 model with beige interior. Neal and Massy has none in stock. Parts don't have to be new. It can be foreign used.

That is a hot item you may faster find gold in your back yard. But seriously the ones you do see off and on are really expensive. I have been looking over a year now. Maybe your luck is better than mine keep and eye out on the forum. The last set i saw on "trinicars" went for 5k w/o tyres if I remember correctly.

Anyone having any problems starting when engine cold, I have been getting a hesitation on mornings when i turn the key, kind of a mild buck lasing about 5 seconds then it will start up and work normal.

I have the same problem. Did a full service and its still happening. Some one said its because of the iridium plugs. When the engine and plugs are cold you get that but once the engine heats up it will run normal. I still think I may change my set of plugs and see what happens

at n&mwe have 9 units coming in the next two months, actually its already on d boat in transit. it wouldnt be avaiable for public purchase yet as we are testing the vehicle how it works with our local gas and any manufacture issues....

i have the same problem and
our garage at n&M has informed me that the issue arises from the throttle body and a problem with the fuel injection area

Is the problem a result of a dirty throttle body and potential fuel filter in the tank?

Nope from what I've learnt is that the gas is a causing factor ( super) and it's a reservoir in the fuel line by the injectors
