Will post on Tuner when I return to CA. The video is currently on my FB page.

What a coincidence! I was searching the Mitsu Forum coupla days ago and I saw your posts where you were modding your Evo IX. You still got that car? Or have you gone X?

Looks like a similar stern fracture to Miss Trinidad in last year's GR, lots of work to be done on Solo before it ready again. Definite body work and probable engine rebuilds. If any team can get it done before August it's the Solo team.

people in the know saying it all salvageable, hull and engines, but some speculating that a new boat may be in the works.

was a violent flip from first person account but those guys real lucky to walk away with nothing more than bruised ribs and egos. Enclosed cockpits ftw!

"Mr Solo" had a series of bad luck throughout it's career... Hope the team recovers from this major setback because it'll be a real dream come through if I ever get the opportunity to make the crew shirts for this team. Boy we used to ride we bmx down Don Miguel rd to see Mr Solo 1 & 2 parked in front of the company.. That was long before Courts build their mega store across the street

Ken Charles must really have race fuel in his blood bcuz even after losing 2 sons in the sport, he still he hasn't gotten out of the game. Back in the days there were 2 names in offshore racing that was always on top of their game- Checkmate & Solo!

Trinidad full of talent boi.. Men like Brian Bowen & Jeffery Meyers were building local boats that was able to handle our rough waters. I remember my dad & uncle were friends with Jeffery. That man had a few SICK racing Mini Coopers parked at his house in Glenco, but I'm not sure what became of those things after he died (suicide).
