SQ starts @ 7:30 AM AND LOCK OFF @ 12PM SHARP ........

IDBL starts @ 12 PM AND LOCK OFF @ 4 PM ..........

SHOW COMPS AND SOUNDOFF STARTS @ 4 PM TO 9PM ...........

Again ppl due to the current soe we starting and finishing on time .............

The above times will be adjusted if there is any change in the curfew hours ...............

So , Come early , register and relax ................

Please be advised that due to the size of the venue there will only be 1 arena used for SQ , IDBL & SOUNDOFF categories , so it is important that we stick to our timing schedule (and we will be doing so ) ........... So please be on time for your respective categories ..........

Remember gates open @ 7:30 AM

SQ - 7:30 AM TILL 12 PM

IDBL - 12 PM TILL 4 PM

BEST OFF AND SOUND OFF - 4 PM TILL 9 PM

A small word of advice, if you plan to open your gates at 7:30, you simply cannot begin sq at 7:30 unless:
1. your tents are set up from the day before
2. all competitors forms are pre filled out
3. both judges are ready to start judging as soon as they exit the car the drove in with.

I humbly suggest, you allow the SQ folk access to premises from 7:00 am so that people can come in, finalize their settings, adjust their seats, remove stuff from their cars etc, IF,you would like to start sq judging from 7:30. Just my 2c.

Padna dais the info i recieved from shameer ..... so i just sellin as i buy it ......... he and the judges will sort dat out on the day .....

competitors need to come prepared to be judged as soon as they have submitted thier forms

there is a cutoff time for registration for iasca and it will be in fully enforced
