Blink help - TSTT tuners i beg you

I applied for Blink 2 yrs now and they always said problem at the exchange and area not Blink ready :roll:

and always said they working on it....2yrs later and like they still working on it :roll:

Called and signed up for Wimax and was told someone wud call me for more info like wht package etc. I got no call so when I went into the office to find out status on applicationthe woman there said she not seeing my application tht I should go call who I made application to..she refused to sign me up there although I was at a tstt office :roll:

Then I called right after and the woman wud look to tell me tht no service in my area. ...like she couldnt say tht 1st time I called. :roll:

UPDATE : 4months after this post , many visits and calls to TSTT and i have given up. Luckily flow called on monday and said my area is ready to be on digital and i got my internet today.

AND WOULDNT YOU KNOW??? TSTT courier came this morning to deliver the modem. I refused and had to "cancel" the service. BTW i signed up to COLLECT THE MODEM MYSELF, so id ont understand how they still sent it via TTPOST. TSTT customer service is pure BS

To sum it up - waiting 3 yrs for blink install , 20+ sign up for contracts + dozens of calls and visits and was provided with nothing. If this is the pre-service hospitality i can only imagine how helpful they are when i am in a contract

wow...mines took only a few months. i had actually forgotten i signed up for it and i was surprised when they called to collect the modem. i hope u get through soon! its not worth living without the net..i.e. trinituner, facebook, etc.
