Day 3 of 117 IF.

Dietary wise, going strong. Coffee is a miracle and should be worshipped. Going good all nite and into morning, but come 12-2PM, that's freaking hard. Prolly drinking close to 2-3 liters of water during those 2 hours alone.

Managed to pull thru my weight session yesterday, a bit less energy than usual, but made up for it with some PWO. Feeling more mentally drained than physically tired tho, go figure.

Today was a rest day, tomorrow is training day again.

Never realized how hard it is to track macros with home cooked food like stew peas and stew chicken.

Anyway, started back training, been a few days, seeing results already. Minor, but getting there. Eating all natural, cooked foods. Fruits, fresh salads. Main proteins are beef and mostly chicken breast. Only bad thing I'm doing is skipping breakfast. Recovery is really tough though. Due to working day and night, and my day job is a very physical demanding one. Any advice on natural ways to recover faster with minimal rest?

U missin the crucial meal of the day man! Even if u just whip up sum oats n protein if ur bz, it'll refeed ur body when u wake up from hibernation. U can train everyother day if recovery is taking longer n interfering with other bodypart workouts as u wrk day n night. U can get a decent post workout blend for recovery as well! I just use whey cus im hungry as hell afta i train. What i do is get in at least 4-5 meals a day...rice being a staple b4 i workout. I found my strength n endurance levels seem to be on par after experimenting with diff carb sources.

I have been doing the TapOut XT and it is starting to take form, be warned though... it is brutal... worse than Insanity or P90X

But, if you don't have a dedicated 2 hours for training daily, but have intervals during the day, take a look at something called signalling, with body weight exercises... basic premise is that you do 3 sets pushups, pullups, dips, etc .. 3 times a day with at least a 3 hours break inbetween ...

Something like this
Day 1

1st set = 12 reps (12 pushups, 12 pull ups, 12 dips)
2nd set = 10 reps (10 pushups, 10 pull ups, 10 dips)
3rd set = 8 reps ( 8 pushups, 8 pull ups, 8 dips)

Day 2

1st set = 12 reps (12 jumping jacks, 12 squats, 12 mountain climbers)
2nd set = 10 reps (10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 mountain climbers)
3rd set = 8 reps (8 jumping jacks, 8 squats, 8 mountain climbers)



Mix up the body weight exercises

try as much as you like, you will never get that size doing that p90x and insanity.

TapOut XT and P90x. Have anyone ever noticed that when these made up training programs come up, the show before and after photos, and in the actual videos, the people already are in top physical condition. All a marketing scheme to me. Only gullible people will fall to that. I'd rather do the street workout those Russian men and women, even kids, do in their country. It's brutal, and after times, shown results on video.
