Ran everyday this week, but I think it has affected my squat.
Not able to push as much weight on the squat, everything else is good.
Not sure if I should run only 3 days...

Ur legs are tired...use less weights, never decrease in the amount of reps

Got a good balanced 2 hour workout today.
30 min cardio
90 min weights

could have done more, but daddy duties came a calling.

try skipping rope (jumping on the front half of your foot only) or calf raises.

A combination of both at the same time is particularly effective

I do drop sets. Start heavy plenty reps.
Usually start of with 4 plates on the seated calf and strep down to 2. When I can't make again I take of a plate and keep going til 1

Going to try a 12-week intermittent fast routine to change up my diet and tighten up on diet slippage. Apparently I can only function under pressure.

Starting with a 3 meal 16/8 split for the first week or so, then MAYBE for a 2 meal 18/6. Trying to keep those macros tight.

Workout routine would remain the same.
3-4 days of weights
1-2 days of cardio
1-2 days rest

Plan to use coffee (no milk/no sugar) to help with fasting periods to curb appetite and boost energy. Caffeine buzz is a plus.

Target is to drop 3-5% BF.

Supps will be using:
MP Creatine, Nutrabolics Isobolic Whey, (??) Preworkout ]

No multis, no cutting supps, no other aids.

Will report on how day 1 goes. Thankfully tomorrow is a cardio day.

Watch your caffeine intake with coffee and preworkout.

For the guys that has been posting on this thread. How do you all rate your improvement over time?
How has your transformation been?
Are you happy with the results?
Are you in it to lost fat?
Or to gain muscle?
Or you are not happy with the results thus far.....

Other than Trac has there been any major transformation?
Want to know, looking to start back again....diet keeps pulling me down.

Sniper, I was in it initially for weight loss. Lost just over 60lbs in 3 years. A lot of other guys on here lost a lot of weight too.
Now I've reached my target weight, and would like to maintain it but reduce BF%.

My advice to you is to cook for yourself, get familiar with macros, reassess your diet regularly (as you lose weight).

Thanks for the reply, I find it difficult to track those MACROS. I plan to just stop the flour...as a start.

Yeah, that's tricep tendon pain. Watch the position of your elbows during skull crushers.
Spend a workout finding the best elbow position with light weight and work from there.

Day 1 of 117 of cutting with IF

wow, it's a trip - went straight for the 18/6 split.

had a couple cups of coffee, no milk or sugar to hold me over til lunch

Lunch at 2PM - 2 scoops whey, with about 60g (2 ON GS whey scoops) rolled oats in water. Plus 1 banana. ~<600 kcal.

Snack @ 4PM - 1 banana
Cardio from 630-700
Dinner at 7:30 - (~800 cal)
4 slices boiled ripe plaintain
1/2 cup boiled yam
1 1/2 chicken breasts
<1 cup stir fried vegetables with egg noodles

DONE for the day.

Tomorrow is weights. Gonna use some PWO and aim for a 1 hour weight session. I'll update after that!
