buy the bigger screen duhhh...lol but the 21'' seems to have a higher contrast ratio...but imo bigger is better also with the accompany of a high contrast ratio and close pixel pitch...makes no sense to have a huge screen and the quality sucks compared to the smaller one..but honestly go for the 23'' screen...u wont be bothered by the contrast cuz it seems to have splendid which looks promising
