Appearances, is all this is about..... to SEEM, like they're doing something. Or maybe they figured that keeping the public, uneasy and on it's toes, keeps them too busy to be critical of everything else that's going wrong, in the country.

i believe the same tint is used for commercial buildings/regular house windows.
