looking good Pionner, so let me guess. After you correct the paint you will apply the Poli-Coat first, when that cures the top it with the Collinite and the Insulator wax for the wheels?

Well I was gonna try this - try and get rid of the minor swirls that's left>poli-coat>845>then top with the 915. What you think?

I gonna overhaul the suspension month end so when I get the wheels off I'm gonna give them a proper clean and wax from behind lol...I already have rimwax but been readin 845 is good for wheels also despite the high temps. So far rimwax been holding up pretty good on just the face of the wheels.

^^ Not really set on buying an aftermarket mud guard, if i get the OEM, will take that also. Was gonna check there, but don't really have time to go in the bamboo, looking for a place close to chag/montrose area if possible

Does not sound to bad. I would recommend you give each product enough cure time in between applications.

Let me know how it works for you.

some thing "sprayed" what seem to be oil onto my car. Some even got on the windshield.

What's the best way to get this oil off?
Would a regular car wash cut the grease (squeezy?) or do I need something special?

I know people use purple blaster / simple green to clean their engine bays. Are these safe to use on the body of the car?

please advise

You could try the a car wash and see if it comes off easily.

Don't put purple blaster on your paint.

searchingone, Autoglym Super Resin Polish would clean the oil off the car body, after washing with a car shampoo.

24 hours between each layer is a very safe time for curing.

Do not use any degreasers on the paint as you can stain it. If you can get your hands on the AutoGlym Body Work Shampoo and Conditioner i will greatly help to remove the oil/oily residue as it contains a very mild traffic film remover. This options is your safest.

If its not much dust a clean microfiber with some of your favorite detailing spray.

If its alot i recommend you wash it.

The duster will also do the job.

The sooner you clean it, the easier it may be removed.

Take a clean cloth and wipe it, if its really dirty get some glass cleaner and wipe it.
