Depending on plan. My plan, smartplan Silver doesn't roll over data. however SMS and Minutes do for a month maximum.

No. It's not location. I had this issue when I just started with Digicel. It's an account issue.

I just wanted to confirm that it wasn't a entire network issue.

No need to go LTE, just up our net speed to 20mbs XD and better signal strengths

I had a problem last month where mine was acting like I went over my data for the month and was being restricted to edge speed. Many calls and account resets and the speeds only came up when the new month started.
