dais the problem... when the regulations work and nothing happens, everybody will say the regulations were overkill and Keith wicked and bad and doh care about poor people, etc.

now if the regulations weren't implemented, people would bawling how the government could allow people to fall down dead on the streets.

It's 100% needed but I critique them because they waited too late to lockdown and it should have been done before easter.

If anybody working in the public hospitals there is an easy way to guesstimate the vene population
just look at the folks waiting for service and do a quick head count of the ratio of trini/vene persons and with a simple calculation it can be easily estimated, best done with several surveys

simply divide the number of venes by the number of trinis and multiply by 1,300,000

eg if you see 13 persons waiting and out of the 13, one is a vene
it can be approximated that there are 100k venes

Now watch the news this morning. After donating vaccines to Caribbean countries, including one particular territory that don't beg for vaccines, India now has a shortage of doses. Rell sad state of affairs there.
