i can't remember if it was posted here before, but what exactly are the trinidadian laws with regards to persons found guilty of harassment of an endangered species :?:

it's a strict liabilty crime...meaning it doesn't matter what your intentions were...once there is evidence proving you committed the act you will be fined or jailed or both.. i think there is more than enough evidence to convict this motherf**ker...

but singling him out is not the way, airing his sheit on a public domain like that is not the way.

dude i fully understand what you're saying but the thing is the only way to get others to learn is to make an example out of this dumbass and to do so we have to keep his identity in the spotlight at least until some sought of sanction is imposed...... this is the reason most cases fail cuz people tamper with the initial evidence... once you blank the face out thats a tampered picture and some lawyer somewhere will find a way to discredit the picture as evidence......
