megadoc1 from what I remember the gangs in lower Malick and Barataria killed out themselves. Some years ago I remember listening to a pastor preach that when they went into the village for evangelical purposes there wasn't a male between the ages of 16 and 25 on the entire street they were on.

What about Eddie the piper from the market that used to make the police siren sound when he passing through the crowd
How about "bad man" Bunny Brant that used to dress up in the suit and umbrella on evenings by the taxi stand. Then we had Jugan 2 step sons (twins) that was some "bad boys" but they get kill stupid.. What about Jamal with the black super saloon crown that got kill ah Davali night, after someone throw a scratch bomb by the car to over shadow the gun shot noise

I know alyuh Croisee fellas must remember the days when it had live sex shows in the two abandon cinema's in the market road

What about when they had the coup and men was raiding hand-arnold warehouse over the highway  Man my father lend ah police parner he car and that man only bringing in furniture, appliances and food in he yard

What about the saturday morning 5-6 fellas run in the police sub-station by courts and ress chop on dem police  take way police gun and thing  The sad part was that one of them fellas "Rasco" went to Barataria jr sec with me

Growing up in SanJuan and being exposed to different things while young was a real blessing... Some kids was book smart but in this day and age you need to be street smart aswell..

The majority of people on here will never know how useful a fella like this was...

Imagine someone you know get kidnap and yuh call Kojo to see if he hear anything through the grape vine... Police used to ask he for help to findout certain things because he man was well respected by many....

A few months ago my uncle got shot in broad daylight while coming home from his store in town.... Imagine a unmask fella walk up to him and shot him & his wife because a wholesaler in Chagunas was vex because my uncle was competing with him... As soon as Kojo and the boys from Lavantie Rd herd the new I hear the whole hospital was full with them.... We is indian and most of those fellas from up Lavantie Rd help build we house and alot of them worked for my dad and uncles in the market.... San Juan folks is a different breed.. not once have I ever herd "indian" or any kinda racial remark from them fellas... I remember when Trinidad was playing USA in 90, we made banners & had truck with music etc and most of the people was market workers from up Sunshine/ Lavantie rd... Up till this day my uncle does still kick ball with crab connections.. he does load up all dem fellas in he panel van and dem men gone all over the place to play.... All the bad dey bad, dey know not to cuss infront by lil cousin and if they have to smoke ah lil weed, go where the kids cant see....

I keep hearing Elvis on his way out.

Flambeau I believe (don't quote me) is from the old days where they believed the light from the Flambeau will help the spirit of the dead find their way home.

San Juan never had any racial tension, at least not from the Croisee side.

By the way RoTaRyBoYz Jeffrey was/is still alive up to a few months ago when I saw him and is the most polite beggar anyone will ever meet.

The quicker people stop living in denial the better it would be for all of us..

At the end of the day those guys choose a path that usually end s this way, some one will replace them and the cycle would continue....

before i go to bed... All these gang killings escalated 10 fold since the death of Mark Guerra because he controlled from Morvant to Carenage, since his death alot of splinter gangs were formed seeking an identity for themselves and whether you accept it or not these guys like Kojo,Malik, Rene Paul etc are needed to keep order..

You are 100% correct...

I was born and raised in the croisee and my dad and uncle was good friends with Coujo and the guys fron Lavantie Rd from since the early 80's... Coujo wasn't the kind of person to harras innocent people, he got his money from his hussle.. He had all those fellas under control and gave alot to the community he came from... Now don't get me wrong, im not saying that he dont deserve what he got but the fact of the matter is that San Juan will be worst off now... He knew what he was involved in was wrong and we all know the saying "live be the sword, die by the sword" so for that part of him im happy he's gone... He had a nice football side going and up till this day my uncle is the only indian that still plays on his under 35 team...

There's another flying squad in Trinidad, but I hope they take out all the criminals and not just a selected few....unlike Borrows and his boys

I was born and rasied in San Juan market but the 80's was when drugs, murders and money was big in San Juan... What about the "Uzi man" from over the highway about 10yrs ago?? That man had a Uzi and used to rob bandits when they come to buy drugs... He used to help the people in the area with his daily hussle... Even though he was doing good to a certain extent, he still had to be punished because of his actions.... Any person breaking the law whether it be for good or bad intentions should be warned and if they continue then they sould be dealth with...

If I give alyuh some stories about the days of Teddy mice, Naya, Toks & bulls and a bunch of other criminals alyuh would be shock to know the level of organise crime we had in Trinidad... One time a fella walked in a bar by evening trace and say he name "sixes" and he collected 6 piece of lead seconds after announcing his name

BANDIT is BANDIT regardless of who the f@ck try to glorify him.

nobody trying to glorify him, just stating facts, the facts are,the man was a good father, doesn't that mean anything?,he had a son studying law,he wasn't a bully,he helped ppl who got in trouble with gangsters,he kept alot of youths from robbing and kidnapping ppl like us,from a human standpoint you are no better than him or any gangster, you've just endorsed and totally supported a very violent and callus act that has left many children fatherless and a woman without a husband, you're no better than cujo in the eyes of god. .

One less bandit on the street, justice was done even if justice was not intended

nobody trying to glorify him, just stating facts, the facts are,the man was a good father, doesn't that mean anything?,he had a son studying law,he wasn't a bully,he helped ppl who got in trouble with gangsters,he kept alot of youths from robbing and kidnapping ppl like us,from a human standpoint you are no better than him or any gangster, you've just endorsed and totally supported a very violent and callus act that has left many children fatherless and a woman without a husband, you're no better than cujo in the eyes of god. .

i beg to F@#king disagree, but then again we live in a society that bawling bout crime and yet when a criminal get gun down allyuh bawling even more

F@#K cudjoe and F@#K all ah allyuh that defending him

everyone is entitled to an opinion, even sheltered ppl like you and not once in our discussion I resorted to abuse,. . .so proud to be from Laventille. .
