The Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources disclosed today that as part of the amended law, people with pet parrots and caged birds will now be required to apply for a license to keep the animals, which are now regarded as protected according to law.

Feuner suggested it may be the yellow headed Cara Cara but it sure as hell looks different in the Google pics. Sounds like a toucan a lot but I dismissed it as hawks raiding a bird nest and birds making noise. Till I took a better look at they were not chicken hawks, they looked way bigger and very eerie.

Out of all the things I fear are birds. I pick up and handle snakes and caimans like it's childsplay and most people find it odd how I fear birds. But I see the kind of damage they can do and the reign of terror birds have around here.
