It is the very same way that Calder Hart raped the treasury and escaped with millions under the PNM. Its the same way Patrick Manning was building a church/mansion for his "oracle woman"

We all are a little naive....

Shucks I now to come to ask about the 5 billion dollar overdraft and the mortgaging the Green fund.

Apparently Kamla is the only Indian Granny who dont know how to save money.

The property tax and lowering the fuel subsidy was going to happen sooner or later. Once you were expecting it, you don't have much of a problem.

So far so good.

Doh get fooled. Kamla would have had to do the same thing. The Treasury wasnt going to magically refill by electing them.

I think he's referring to the proposed exemption on farm vehicles and equip, which if approved upon application would also be zero, not even VAT as is/was the case with imported equipment. So if you can prove you need from a Hiab to a dump truck to a SUV/Pickup for your farm activities I believe your'e good to go. If I own the farm I would need to drive around on it and maybe tow a trailer or something,so it's a whole Farmer's package, from his vehicles to his equipment to his chemicals and all other relevant inputs. 8-)
