Fellas it have any way I can put a cone filter in my 3zz 1.6 NZE?I see it have some attachments for the MAF sensor connected to the airbox.pardon de ignorance I trying to use a cone filter without having to buy the crome piping to attach filter

NES123, K&N now makes a cold air intake for the 1.6L corollas.. part number = 69-8754TP or 69-8754TR (difference is the colour of the piping). this sells for >US$200. thing is that they have not posted any HP gains on their website, so can anyone tell me whether they got any HP gains with their CAI on the 1.6L rollas?

actaully linker I was doing some research on these engines with the CAI and they claimed anywhere between 5-15hp as the VVti is on the intake camshaft...also the 1zz,2zz and 3zz engine family was designed to accomodate bolt on superchargers,also why the automatic transmissions for these have bigger ratios than 1NZfe...but honeslty I know de price you quoted is just dat I wanted to use de "ghetto" CAI if ya dig wat I saying...ah just fine dat is real money for dat lil bit HP
