On that same case

A man was gunned down on the Valencia Old Road on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said Marcus Marshall was ambushed by his attackers, who waited for him as he walked along the road at around 12.30 pm.

Residents heard gunfire and saw Marshall bleeding on the ground.

Marshall ,who was from Carapo, was known to police as an offender. He was also believed to be an associate of a well-known prison inmate.

Good riddance.
Man look like he spent quite a lot of time in the 'FDAU position' with the well-known inmate.

Interestingly Dana seetahal represented his padna in their case where their murder charge was overturned based on technicality by volney stupidity.
And now his good padnas are charged with Dana murder.

A man was shot dead on the Western Main Road in St James tonight, a brazen gunman walked up to the owner of the Grill King burger cart and pumped several bullets into him at point-blank range.

The victim only identified as Neil from Bournes Road, St James according to a social media video posted moments later on several WhatsApp chat groups slumped to the drain just metres away from his cart as stunned workers looked on- while the gunman fled on foot.

Investigators told Guardian Media the killing which pushed the country's murder country to 476 happened just before 8 p.m.

The gunman who they say was dressed in Muslim wear was later held by police officers from the St James Police Station who responded within minutes of the shooting.
