Noise Trough Speakers

Recently installed an amp and since then i've been hearing a sort of whistling noise while driving it gets really annoying ....Can this be rectified ?

Power cable too close to speaker wires. Thats the engine noise u getting

Yea just run the speaker wire on the opp side of the car
