don't know about in the east, but there is a place in san fernando that sells refurbished cv joints

http://constantvelocitytt.com/index.php

i replaced both left and right cv joints with their joints with no problems since. the aftermarket cv joints like glo only lasted me about a year.

I don't believe in replacing cv joints, either rebuild or replace with a foreign used unit.

theres a guy in current who does excellent work.

I've been using Frankie Boodhu since I had my old B11... Just changed both outer joints in a U14 Bluebird today at 236k and last changed (also by Frankie) was 95k ago. ( All in kilometres, not miles). Call 672 4809. Fast service. Good luck!

I changed both joints on my car recently....just bout replacement ones and swapped them.....
no headache.....

I would think its easier to just replace than to repair....
