Ramdath's Nissan Silvia with Ricky Dass behind the wheels managed to achieve an astonishing 10.23 seconds with their car today at the TTUNDRA Drag Event #2 Camden Airstrip Couva. Representing the SR20 Camp they are now the 4th or 5th Fastest SR20 Car (depending on chesters 10.2). Congrats to Mr Ramdath , Avinash Ramdath the Entire Team on their achievement !!!

Ramdath Nissan Silvia 9.85 (NEW PERSONAL RECORD) (FASTEST SR20 RECORD ON A T&T TRACK) !!! This was the biggest battle this weekend and this particular run was quite historic when it comes to my personal favourite Motor the Nissan SR Engine Series !!! Sending the Crowd crazy, a race between Ram and Sons Datsun 1200 UTE who had already did a 9.88 earlier in the day , Ramdaths Nissan Silvia driven by Ricky Dass did a 10.1 earlier also , now lining up with each other for an Extremely Entertaining Pass. The announcer then uttered the words Blue Silvia 9.85 vs Ram and Sons 9.91 !!! Two 9 Seconds SR20 Passes on the same day , same time , same run !!!! Ramdath then took the crown just hours after new Trinidads Fastest SR20 Pass done Locally Record and Trinidad's Second Fastest SR20 (technically third if we considering Hummy). This is a thing to be proud of in T&T and show we have potential to do anything , Job well done to the two Teams. Congratulations to Mr Ramdath, Avinash Ramdath , Ricky Dass and the Entire Team on your achievement !!!

No need to be immature bro. Fact is the S13 is in full street trim vs something built entirely different.
Each project took on its own shape and form due to input of owners/team members. The fact that they both did 9 seconds safely on a air strip converted to a weekend race track is phenomenal. Congrats to both owners/team members. Really lovely projects. The van and the car has what it takes to get into the low 9's.

exactly, the fact that the S13 has a stock nissan gearbox and the UTE has a race box, clearly shows that the S13 being the more streetable car would be more impressive to put down a time like that on such a track.

the UTE's driver really had his hands full though, it isn't an easy feat that van rarely goes straight, the driver sure has it locked though, but again, the S13 I would say is still the more impressive car via drivetrain, power and most importantly... RELIABILITY. An SR would survive ALL DAT & NIGHT on less than 600, whatever power rating the S13 is at, it's damn sure reliable.

kudos to the Japanese tuner and the engine builder.

Ramdath SR20 Silvia 9.57 NEW SR20 LOCAL TRACK RECORD !! Saturday at the TTUNDRA Drag Event #3 in the Camden Airstrip Ramdath came with both his cars one being his Blue Nissan Silvia S13 in search of bettering their last record and with the piloting of Ricky Dass behind the wheels he Finished the Night with quite an amazing 9.57 second pass making it the fastest SR20 pass and SR20 IRS Car in Trinidad and the Caribbean and Trinidads second fastest SR20 considering hummys Record away. They also won a special sponsered prize money of $2000 to the fastest SR20 in this event, $1000 from 3D Car Care and. $1000 from Sheriff Auto Supplies. Congrats to Mr Ramdath , Avinash , Ricky and the entire team!!
