1) We always fricking out .. valpark chinese and bella italia ppl kno us by we first name now ..
2) Its disgustingly busy tonight and traffic stink ..
3) We tired no ass ..

So I just got us some pepper squid and we're having a nice sit in tonight with the tv .


my coworkers and friends sent me chocolates ...and well where i work not really appropriate for flowers ..so we just shared chocolates with each other ..

IMO, Valentine's Day is a businessman's gimmick. AT the end of Valentine's day they are smiling. More reason for the consumer to spend. Why can't we do this throughout the year.

I won't deny, I go with the flow. It's the thing to do. It's tradition but I dont 'jump out mehself' with the Valentine's Day nonsense. Some people take it tooooo far.

My Valentines Day sucked.

It was centred around a romantic dinner tonight. But first it was a small argument over what to wear, then when we got to the restaurant, even though I made firm reservation, they overbooked and I was told to wait 1 hour for a talk. Long story short, it ended up two gyro eaten on the foreshore.

BBQ pulled off with minor hitches. Made macaroni salad, BBQ chicken, green salad, macaroni pie (cuz I f*q up boiling the macaroni shells the first time) and sweet corn with some black forest cake and ice-cream. Don't want her to get into the habit of expecting to go to a restaurant for v-day cus its my mom b'day as well and I prefer to spend time with my parents on this day. Kill 2 bird with one stone. Parents enjoyed it and gf had a different experience. No bunch of roses, chocolate or jewelry. Hope to keep it like this for a while cus once you set that trend, its hard to step down from it.
