finished smoking mine,
excellent results, used a teriyaki style marinade and oak wood
lean meat like turkey can also be used to make jerky

no, I been in smoking bbq(not burning meat) over 7 years now, if I had a location I would open a place though.

ate chows smoke house when i went maroon 5...quarter chicken and fries and cole slaw for $50 or $55

that chicken taste gooooooooooooooooooood... cudda jus pick d meat off the bone...mmmmm
