them people will ketch they tail with that lawsuit
also don't forget that contractor well known for building "community centers" in the pnm strongholds

amazing how in the other thread, soo much of the tuners are saying Rest In Peace to the now deceased Senior Karamath, but what of the family that died here? they deserve peace if anyone.

This case was dealt with before hk's passing. I still find that it is very sad that no justice was done since nothing can bring back the two persons. But I think the main focus should be on the brian lara stadium and the 700+ million dollars. Keep in mind that is about 1.6% of our budget right there...

If you are rich in this country, you can do anything to someone with less means than you.

The justice system does not protect the citizen, there is NO JUSTICE for the poor.

Insurance companies generally do not want to pay out money, the way they see it, they can pay a lawyer $50,000 to $100,000 to delay a case for 8-10 years. A case that they would loose 1mill-2million and up.

Insurance companies are not the only ones that do this, many large firms do. Once you have a backlog of cases to the point where they take 8 years to call, its in your interest to just let things run.

That's one of the reasons people should move their contracts to mandate Arbitration for dispute resolution, take it outside the courts.

That was the terms that everyone agreed to settle for.

It was either that or the case delay a next 10 years with no money at all for the victim's families eh.
