car looks superb
2 things tho wagonrunner
black is a VERY hard colour to paint and pics lie sometimes unless you see it in real then you can say for certain the paint job isnt perfect.
looks better than when it came out the factory change the wheels to something more period and its PERFECT

Wagonrunner,
in all fairness to the owner, that is more than likely how the reflections would have been on the original car
Typical of the era, such panels would not have been dead straight, and would indeed have a slight curve front to back............to get them dead straight would require either filler, or removal of the door skins and reworking the entire door structure.
Even many modern cars display similar lack of continuity in reflection from panel to panel

^^true but wagonrunner..remember that in Trinidad to get the kind of body work that u talking about is prolly non-existant and even these so-called straightners doh want to deal with cars from that period....so its a lose lose for owners of these types of cars...myself included

fellas, i never said anyhting is wrong with the car.
i said if the poster wants to "be critical", look there.
and Mg Man, i remember seeing a pic of PS 2656 (corolla mark II) and noticing how straight the reflections in those panels were. Maybe varies from car to car.
random example from wiki. maybe gets worse lower down the car.
