Anyone know who is the most reputable Doctor in T&T who can treat haemorrhoids and related problems?

Try to get onto Gerard Farfan. Now I not sure if he's still practicing, but he's a great gastroenterologist and should be able to help you out

he supposedly planning to retire soon but i saw him last year so he may still be
great guy for sure and one of most experienced esp for colonoscopy which many ppl consider traumatic

If you mean Dr Rahaman, I believe he is retired now. He did my H-surgery and I have no issues now, but they can still impact you later on especially if you sit a lot, and your diet is poor.

if you're in the early stages, go see a Gastroenterologist first. You'd be surprised how much diet, fibre and exercise can alleviate early symptoms.
