recommend a flat sub for SQ

Postby altec » May 12th, 2020, 9:04 pm

Enclosure almost done and looking at .6 to .7 cubic feet net volume. What can work in this space and remain sounding musical? Tried the Db flat in a box but it was not going into the lower bass notes.

Little update ... sub is 95% done. Now I need to figure out how to install three amps and a processor (all MS series so they are about same size to amp in picture 8.5 x7.5 x 3 inches) and have everything looking stock. I would have to raise the trunk cover about one inch to cater for the cone movement of the sub since the grille is obstructing it. Closes without the grille though.

Nice work!

I have a 10TW3 for daily and it plays solid down to 25Hz in a 0.6 sealed.
