came original with a 1.8 engine

what swap can be made- engine and transmission

On a more serious note i thought that the '96' accents came with a 1.5/1.6 engine ... if you have a 1.8 your power to weight is already good why change it?

I believe that Hyundai and Mitsubishi share engines and transmissions, if so I'll Suggest Lancer Evolution :twisted:
