The weather today was exceptional...a little headwind, but it was really nice.
Saw some familiar faces...Omar, Gregory (Chinee Boy), Dundee, Chester, Ryan Garcia, Neil with his newly tubbed out Behemoth, Winzi Abdul's Mini with a 13b built by the master Mr Ali and a few other good race cars. The track was well prepped, the cars seemed to be staying in the groove. Ryan's SKF Lancer which took a beating running straight into a 18-25mph headwind...ran a second pass at 8.55 and BLEW OUT his door at the top end...such was the force of the wind. Pretty impressive though...to run into that strong a wind with a car weighing less than 2600lbs and still drop an 8.
