still trying to maximise the 3 speed on the TH400 but we know it's really close to it's limit... but as is, we still have a lot of work to do to increase the inefficiency of the nitrous. it took quite a while to get a better launch on the previous nitrous setup, and with the bigger turbo, nitrous only used for the stall on the transmission. The car went 9.0 the next pass but broke the differential with the second to third shift (which we knew was on it's way out) .... so we're maybe looking at upgrading that if anything.
Mr Prentice Ali really did AMAZING work on tuning all the JZs from the camp.... if we only had more passes, or track time, we would have been able to get all three cars down to high 8s.
Most Impressive from the three cars was Kenny's MK III Supra whose fastest time was 10.1 in camden, got a 9.5 on its first pass and a 9.3 on its second pass. With absolutely NO modification done.
