i was the supervisor on the job that installed that gate...
talk bout cuss we get when installing... blocking traffic on both sides while welding was being done. You would not believe the amount of vehicles traverse those roads!.... i talkin bout dumper trucks too.... which was the reason for installing the gates as the heavy trucks damage the NGC access roads.
