With d rain it hard, 4, but with sun, at least 1 day we could expect lesser. Beauty about the area,is that u close to gravel roads so u can make early exits.

Depending on d turnout and their equpt, we will choose.

4 all those following, the run was great, 2 rigs, and Dwayne (next time boy, it have more 2 come)
Touch plan A, the soil was still water logged but made through one section and then went and take on Plan B.

The oniginal intention was to get to two high points (Tortuga and Gran Couva) via trail where one could have gotten panoramic views of the plains and gulf however it would have entailed great toil to get up the ridge in Tortuga. We did do the trail to end at Gran Couva.

Will send pics in a bit.

Enter via Maraval, get up the hills, take in the fresh air and the awesome views, x-over to North Coast Rd, and possibly go to Maracas.

For those who have never been 2 Paramin, its a meticulous drive up concrete roads and when u get 2 d top, well......

Going 2 Paramin is always nice, esp when u reach the high areas, the chill of the wind, the low clouds, the views, omg....

I've been up there solo on a few occasions and it's amazing up there. Never been there at night though. The view at night up by the big antenna would be awesome!

ok, asssembly for Sat Night Paramin Run.....G1 (concrete roads, demanding uphill climb)

from south suggest we assemble on the highway just north of the gasparillo flyover, viscinity of petrotrin dam....leavin at 7:30pm

from north assemble in Grand Bazaar (northern car park) full convoy leaves at 8:00pm to head up Paramin......

TBajan, it was an accomplished run, and as u realised, d steep continuous uphill was demanding on ur vehicle...... D weather held up so the paths were dry, however, if wet u wld experience slippage esp on d corners.
