In Brixton ,London they had the same problem of getto-thug life,what the brits found is that afro caribbean pp of the 1960s-1990s thinked in diffrent way from brits.It took them 25yrs to changed their thinking patten and slowly the crime in Brixton dropped. one of my friends who is from Laventille and studied abroad could not even get an interview until he changed his address to his g/f place in West Moorings...all of a sudden mister man is ah hot ticket........
