In order to change Lavantille you must change the way in how they think.
In Brixton ,London they had the same problem of getto-thug life,what the brits found is that afro caribbean pp of the 1960s-1990s thinked in diffrent way from brits.It took them 25yrs to changed their thinking patten and slowly the crime in Brixton dropped.
