The only woman to upset the "Kamla effect" is Penelope Beckles, she was not chosen to represent the people, even tho 60% of the members voted in favor of Beckles. Once again Manning with his huge ego and dictatorship personality instead of accepting who the people want to represent them, after all the voice of the people is the voice of god, ent? He chose who he think should represent the people...... democracy? If he could give a reason why she was not chosen like she thief, she in corruption etc not cause he just toteing feelings, i would understand. The people wants Beckles, she has served them well from what I understand. She is the reason why that constituency is a PNM strong hold.

New rumor is that ROwley might be out also. If this is true, then with the new developments above, makes me think one of the following, Manning is a mad man, he is attempting political suicide or he wants to demolish the PNM entirely when he leaves office. The PNM is an unstoppable force as proven many many times, but moves like that.......its like he is giving Kamla the win.

There is no hope for the PNM to win this election. Manning is hell bent on going down in a blaze of "glory"

I'm loving it tho, the new PNM will rise from the ashes stronger than ever...enjoy this one term UNC it will be short but sweet

since the beginning of the year i noticing that,,,, patos moving politically irrational.
the only thing he did which made sense is calling the elections, because that pre-empted the uff report in parliament. most every thing else seems to show him off as reckless, hasty, frightened

Power 102 FM was in Arima this morning and only 2 out of about 25 people interviewed were pro-PNM... I think this time around we have more thinking people voting.

Yes ...it usually takes another administration just 1 term to put the nation back on track ....then it's all set for the PNM to come back and fcuk it all up again

cyar blame them pnm diehards without the pnm half of them cant get any jobs just look at some of these companies petrotrin, ngc, wasa , police, fire, army and any other government offices down to some off their pumpkin vine famalee does get wuk without qualifications

God always intervene when people uses his good name for corrupt purposes.that is
the reason why he [manning] got confused and called election before time despite
