Weld it dude, not like you daily that car anymore.

You have plenty of time to do it between now and Sunday.
Unless you gave one ball each to Cinco and Wagonrunner.

Two choices: find 10k and buy a used LSD and ship from UK and install, or swap in a hilux rear axle :-/

What you waiting for? Snow?
Again, it's not like you daily it so what's the hold back.
You would enjoy it sideways too, a man cannot live with one position alone.

And it has more than enough torque to make it happen.

could a mode please delete all of mg man's posts in this thread? and i do mean ALL
reason: copyright infringement of picasso's "10,001 excuses for honda and nissan drivers", coupled with just being a serious downer of this nice vibe man.

Great news...primary sponsors, Lube-tech and Monster were able to procure prize money for this inaugural full drift day, way above our expectations. $3000 for 1st, $2000 for 2nd, $1000 for 3rd.
The excitement level has just gone up another notch.

Seems as though this shal turn out to be a most interesting Event.

Feedback suggests that most of the major players shall be participating.

The response from sponsors has now ensured attractive prizes and hampers and this is quite encouraging.

AutoSport shall continue to support TTDA in its initiatives to build this discipline and ensure growth within the shortest possible timeframe.

And we shall then see who will be involved at our next D&W / Meguiar's collaboration, which promises to be the biggest MotorSport Event in the West.

Who would have thought the Drag & Wind would have attracted such big reputable and respectable sponsors that have projected interest in developing both events under AutoSport, most recently drifting that is growing in popularity. As my good friend explained, this has spawned new interest in developing ARC's undeveloped areas into a mini circuit. All of this shows that you could do a lot with a small space and even more with a bigger space.

AutoSport please pursue this course of action with all your energizes, and believe in this development as you did in the genesis of Drag & Wind.

I am prompted to repeat a question asked of these guys from Lube Tech...

"so wha all yuh bringing to the table" but I not saying that!

We move on, and really hope that everyone with a genuine interest in building Drifting will be present.

This is just the start of where we all want to push this discipline, and it must be done and will be done with discipline!

Just adding another 2 cents in the mix. This in defence of some rumours that AutoSport is in charge of Drifters, is entirely NOT TRUE. Communications with respect to this allegation revealed that they only facilitate this discipline by providing a spectator ship venue along with guidance in club legitimacy in aid of their development. TTDrift association and others involved are in charge and responsible for their own track/course set up, event judging, sponsor meetings and negotiation, and internal development, a far cry from Camden 2012 and its dictatorship patters the spawned multiple rival clubs.

I certainly hope that Drifters soon understand that the way forward is through unity and not allow politics to divide and conquer when interested sponsors are observing the behaviour of some. This also has become the dethronement of Drag Racing to some degree, as in the last D&W event BMW has chosen to stay away from Drags and invest where discipline and togetherness has become the order of the day.

In summary, those of us who understand the bigger picture, are grateful to Autosport, as well as corporate sponsors and supporters such as Lubetech, Best Auto and the folks at BMW. Imagine, D&W has a driver who is a hired gun for a local car dealer!!! Lubetech has embraced D&W and Drifting! More and more drivers are attracting corporate sponsors! How cool is that!

MG Man, you are 100% correct with everything you have said!

Autosport has brought a certain level of structure and organization to motorsport, something that was needed. Once sponsors see this, they are attracted to becoming involved not only in the event but with the racers as well.
