why are we leaning 100% on DWO to throw an event? isnt there another drift group???....... slide syndicate

I've met Kerry already, really nice guy and willing to share the info but i guess DWO is not a priority, i mean everybody have a life eh.

**the views expressed by moti are not those of DWO**

guy started a club based on the silvia he has.
wanted some attention on the drift scene but realized he can't drift to save his life.
it's been what almost a year since ss was launched at solodex (and i say launched because of the practice event they had there) and not an event was ever held by them and they can have the ARC rented (and i say this cause from my view all other clubs that rents the ARC believes that other drift clubs are just a bunch of wild men) so hence the ARC will always be a no-no

either way, we all have to wait on the one drift club to host an event when a suitable location is found or some sponsors arise and realize that drifting will go places in T&T once it fully gets off the ground.

i was wondering the same thing, i personally find "the man with the silvia" way better than the overate"trinidad DK"

IMO they both have mad skillz but "trinidad DK" has a flare to it, which is kinda wa drifting is all about...

yup, the comments made above were just that; my comments and my opinion.
thats just the way i see it as i have never had the opportunity to see "the guy with the silvia" drift.

so unless he shows up and performs at a DWO event or holds one for his club (SS) and performs then, well only then can i retract my statements and have something to compare.

BTW; when/where did you see him drifting?

but no.
jodi drift at solodex was not something that would have me believe he can drift well.
a couple slides here and there through out the day pftt.
oh and i was there at that event; though i once believed he can drift well, now thinking about it i haven't really got an opportunity to have seen this so called top drifter do his thing.

Because of Nicki Minaj's whole "thing", promoters have asked for us to reschedule for November the 28th. This event is CONFIRMED!!! No 'ifs' 'ands' or 'buts'.
Details to follow and to squash this whole who better than who, which is nonsensical because there will always be some1 better for a given situation, Jodi and SS will be attending.

If one was to let marketing and talk dictate the sport this early, it'd be a job not alot of people would find fun.

this whole thing (pg3 mainly) stemmed from the question raised on why does the next club (S/S) don't host an event.

really looking forward to an event before the year closes and if both teams are present then this will be one hell of a show. (will be submitting me permission forms for early approval)
