We regret the even shorter notice but it seems we haven't been able to meet all the requirements for Sunday's planned event.
Even though we're bummed as hell for we feel as though we've dropped the ball yet again. But i guess it may work out better in the long run as it gives us and the people who want to take part, more time to ready themselves. Time was really a little too restrictive to begin with.
As soon as we do get the go ahead from the ground's keepers, we will let you all know. (next weekend?? )

btw if anyone has a link to obtain the use of a car park or grounds around a Centre or the like...please do inform us. We've been tirelessly looking for a regular place to have our events and as you can tell, have come up empty handed. You can either contact Kerry (682-5394) or myself (687-2278) ASAP. Thank You

For those that have been asking...location is the car park of ARC (Arima Race Course) in Santa Rosa.

Vendors are welcome to display and sell automotive items and accessories on the day. Sellers can call DWO prez. Kerry Phillip (682-5394) to organize a tent on that day. Please organize as soon as you can so that we can confer with the Tent rental firm.
