Mazda B2500 Clutch Pedal Vibration

I'm getting a vibration on my clutch pedal, and the pedal goes up and down 'rough', the vibration changes with engine speed. If the engine is off the pedal moves smooth like butter, so it's not any problem with the pedal itself or the master/slave cylinders.

I already rebuilt the gearbox, changed clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, release bearing, pilot bearing and clutch fork and the vibration is still exactly the same as before I did any work.

Anyone else had this problem or know of a possible solution?

Have had this problem seems incorrect installation or faulty component was reused causing symptom's before and after refurbishment works.
