fuel gauge problem

good day, i change my fuel gauge cause d last one done. i put in a new one can d level correct but d gas light on, i change out 2 other newnones and same problem. wat is causing this????

Could be the instrument panel. Info on the year and model of the car would be useful.

Re check the wiring and make sure the insulation has no openings and not grounding off anywhere.
