4D33 Cylinder Head Needed

Hey guys
Can anyone direct me to where I can locate a 4d33 cylinder head for the wide black cover engine. Also whats the average price these go for?
I was told by a potential seller that the older head without the glow plugs will work on the foreign used block which came with glow plugs.
Any information I can get will be much appreciated.
