Saw my Dmax fuel filter light flash last week only when I kick down it would come on as I back off the x it came off ....I changed the fuel filter put a treatment and filled up but still seeing the light coming on occasionally when I kick down what could be causing it other than the fuel filter or is it still happening because I used an aftermarket filter and not the original from the firm plz help getting me kinda worried don't want it to turn in to something worst

Did you change the both of them or just one. There is the one in the engine bay as well as one located close to the gas tank.

No only changed one didn't know there was another one

There is one under the Van on the passenger side, close to the front door. its called the water trap filter. change it

Ok thanks alot not seeing the light coming on again since I switched to unipet fuel but I'll still check that water trap filter...
