You suppose to gain a few more horsepower from the engine.Make sure you buy high quality fans that can take the heat.

im thinking of ordering 2 mishimoto 12 or 16 high flow race line fans, and their fan controller as well, would those be sufficient for the conversion?

Y :?:

if the vehicle is stock then it doesn't matter, these fans are not usual failure items

if you doing it for power, the results may not even be noticed on that 4D56 direct injection

if you do offroading and water crossings with the van, those mishimotos will get fcuked. may sure and wire a master switch to cut off when doing the water crossing . . . and make sure that you never switch off the master switch when driving on road.

I was considering it because I get a rise in temperature when the van is at idle especially with the ac on...... When it idles with the ac on the the ac blows warm until the vehicle starts moving..... I cleaned the radiator Fins and the ones on the evaporator.... No dice.... The heat just builds up in the engine bay and I don't know why.

this is a direct fit for the k34T radiators.. Spal or Flex a lite are what most of the Race cars locally use.. excellent quality and durability

Always use a thermostatic device to turn them on otherwise a fan running all the time would burn out prematurely.

It is as simple as Nissan Sunny B11. They used a sensor at the bottom of the radiator to turn on their electric fan. Those switches are readily available and inexpensive.

Yep mate. I'm thinking of using one from a b13 to trigger my fans in my lancer.

bumping this because i have the same isssue and question

have a 2011 l200 sportero

a while back i realized the temp. would rise quickly if i idling , air condition would stop blowing cold air

weekend i did a service and they filled back the clutch fan fluid ( vehicle is 9 years old, first time doing that)

today i collected it back and in a drive through line i`m having the same issue, temperature rapidly rising once idling and not moving.

what are my best options?
