Does anyone know if there is a fix for a squeaking Navara Tray, it is getting louder week by week.

Bro u sure is the tray sqeaking or not the springs? If it is the springs perhaps some lithium grease might help

Their are some rubber located at the edges of the leaf spring, check and see if any missing...

check the cab mounts and grease them...i had this issue for 3 years and massy could never fix it. i ended up going by a garage outside who simply greased the mounts and all the noises stopped

Not sure about the D40 but there is a rubber bushing at the edge of the leaf spring, when that burst it sounds like you have mice under the truck.
Inspect it.
Grease before re installation if changing.

anyone could take a pic and possibly tell me where to get the rubber bushings?i definitely have the sound of those mice under my van

Saw this on my d40

I fixed the problem. The rubbers in the leaf spring are good but I still used wd40 on them. There is a bar that the spare tire is braced on. I put a pice of sponge between the bar and the tire and 'wala' , squeezing is totally gone. Thanks for all the help guys

Sliderz* I'm hearing a noise coming from in front now. Very light squeek but not in the back but in front. Once the road rough and the front go over I hear the squeek. Any idea what this can be?

That back rubber is called the spring eye bushings.

Hi Everyone,

I have a Navara TCN series from N&M bought new. I'm doing about 70 k now and i am getting a front and back side (THUD) noise when i go down a slight sharp decline or turning with a twist angle. Everything was tightened below and it still continues. someone mentioned about the two cabin mount rubbers needs to be changed, but when i mentioned the same problem to others they have told me about the leaf spring rubbers made need to be changed. Can anyone please advise ... also where i can get the rubbers. I am thinking the leaf springs may be more the problem than the other based on the information already at hand.

Please share what you think and how I can solve this issue.
