Sourced mine from ROC Bamboo, approx $1600 + vat each side, at N&M was $3800 + vat each side.
My symptoms started as a metallic grating noise as the truck rolled. First thought it was the disc pads but I took off the caliper and inspected - pads and rotors were good.
Then it graduated to a mild knocking noise, esp. when turning to the left (this was the right side hub).
Then it became a soulless, demonic, and god-awful metallic screeching noise and hard knock over the course of the week. It sounded like the metal exoskeleton from The Terminator had a baby with a blender, and the baby was hungry and crying for milk in its metallic, robotic, unhuman voice.
Best way to diagnose bad wheel bearing is to jack up that tire, and wiggle it forwards and backwards, and try turning the wheels left and right. It may shake like it wants to come off the rim - that's a sign that you need to replace the hub on that badass, mother trucker of yours...
Unfortunately it's a sealed bearing, ie. it's sealed within the hub itself - good for low-maintenance but more expensive to replace since the entire hub has to be replace (vs. a simple wheel bearing change in a Mazda B2500/BT50/Ford Ranger PJ/PK).
Don't panic dude, fortunately, your buddy lighthammer is here to help make things easier for yourself and save you time and money.
check this page on the Navara thread for instructions on how to do it yourself. (hint , you'll need a heavy hammer to get that hub out... not just a "light hammer".... get it? Ha!!)

Hope you get through man, and get back to enjoying that awesome truck!!
