well u did the basic stuff, so the next step would be to have the injectors cleaned and fuel pump serviced - run a cleaner through the tank and see if that helps.

Also check ur air filter and intake hoses, and scrap down/inspect the intercooler for any kinks or blockages anywhere along the breathing lines....

Rebuild meaning what, just new gasket? or valve seals and retainers too?

Stop clicking send so many times, the message will reach the forum even if you see an error response..

The head on your engine is as streetbeast said, kaput.. the ideal way to know what failed is to do a pressure test (at D Rampersad) and they will let you know where the leak is.

Usually, people just replace the entire head. Empty head sell for $3-4000, fully loaded heads (with cam / valves etc) sell for $5500 - $7000 depending.. You will need a new head gasket also.

Question, how fast and for how long at that speed were you driving when you felt the loss of power?

Your diesel tank has water in it. Take out the fuel filter and drain out whatever it has into a glass bottle and you will see.Or if the fuel tank has a drain plug unplug and let it drain into something and see if there's water.

No coolant leaks, but getting a huge oil leak between the head and block center area of the intake manifold

Try this, fill rad, take van for a quick drive to get engine up to temp, park and let it cool down. Remove 4 glow plugs and disable fuel pump, crank starter and watch to see if water shoots out glow plug holes.. if yes, head is cracked and coolant is leaking into combustion chamber.

Safety note, stand clear of glow plug holes, if head is cracked, water will spray out.. make sure pump is disabled before cranking! (Unplug big connector near pump)
