SUV vs Pickup..

SUV will be a better family / daily vehicle in terms of ride quality and comfort.

Both will get good economy. Looks is subjective. Maintenance is the same for both.

Pickup will be better for off road use and carrying large cargo.

If comfort is priority and you won't take it off road often, get the SUV.
If you want to go play in deep mud / need to carry heavy loads etc, get the pickup.

Tucson... Hilux is for girls.
