hey last nite i got a sneak peak of the new Isuzu Dmax 2012 a 4x2 Mt Hi-grade Version. Inside is nice!!! things that stood out are factory installed screen deck, digital info screen (gas, temp) alot of room comfortable seating, projector headlights new engine! more horse power! Isuzu Dmax come real good this Model!!!

In Barbados we aren't getting those twin turbo models. We are getting the 3.0.

side note: I'm curious as to how they'll price this model; typically Isuzus have been on the lower end of the pickup pricing spectrum, but let's see.

So two airbags ... Reasonable skid plating below, but none on fuel tank like my 2009 Ranger.

Interior looks nice, usb connectivity for head unit, controls on steering for the radio, the 4wd selector is a dial like my ranger with a "push to select" option for low range.

Storage bins on the rear bench seat. Decent looking in person, bigger but not the monster that is the new Ranger / Mazda

All in all, decent (initial assessment without driving it) but can't say I'm moved to sell the ranger to buy it.

I saw the new Chevy Colorado in LSM showroom, didn't take a proper look as I was going into a meeting, but it looked pretty dam good.

wonder if they fix the colorado price too.... last time I checked they was selling the fully blinged out on that they had up on the ramp - $320K.

Yes, test drove 4x4 2.5 Tmanual. Handles well, very spacious and comfortable, hardly any cabin noise -
Road feel/like a luxury car but still get the real 4x4 when needed. Controls on steering a plus. Best in it's class. Luv it:)

the interior is best compared to the other available models locally in my opinion.

Good to know that the cabin in the Isuzu is quiet now.
