What oil do you use in your D22 frontier YD25???

i want to know whats the best oil to use in terms of which delivers better performance and lessens engine noise and vibration and that kind of stuff
i'm thinking to use Shell Rimula r6 LM 10w40 i t uses shell rimula r3 15w40

the van is a bit sluggish on first gear and feels as though it would stall but on a highy drive it runs great it would do 140 -150km/h and it would countinue to go but i would release the pedal and press again to maintain one speed

There is not much difference between a 10W40 and a 15W40 when it comes to the thickness.
Use the one that fits in your budget and level of protection you prefer.

As for your laziness in first gear, does your van also smoke alot?
If so, I would suggest a fuel injector and pump service.

No, you can still use the 15W40... I still used the 15W40 when my ZD30DDTi was @ 160000kms.

i use NP 15w 40 currently hitting 224,6** and runs great np at all no smoking no laziness . person i bought it from used NP also and am the second owner TCA series
